pan with kofta in sauce


Use 500g of any kind of mince. Just season and form small balls. Put a pot of sauce into a pan and let it simmer, once it has simmered then add your meatballs to the sauce. Let the balls sit in the sauce for about 5 minutes and then stir. Put the lid on the pan and let the meatballs cook for another 20 minutes on a low heat. Just check from time to time and stir gently if you like

Take 500g of diced lamb and add that and one pot of Mamajaan's curry sauce to a pan. Cook on high heat for about 10 minutes and then put the lid on the pan and simmer for 20 minutes. That's it.


Take 500g of diced beef, take one pot of Mamajann's curry sauce and two cups of water. Add them all to a pan and bring to the boil, once boiled slow cook with the lid on for about 60 minutes. Keep checking and stir a few times.
